At Dell Technologies, Bertrand served as Vice President of Presales for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), leading the integration of presales operations during the historic Dell-EMC merger. He was responsible for scaling a top-talent team, protecting and growing the Data Center portfolio (Compute, Network, Storage, and Data Protection), and helping customers leverage technology to solve critical business challenges. Prior roles included driving innovation in emerging technologies and leading presales transformations across regions, with oversight of hundreds of engineers and billions in annual revenue.
Before joining Dell, Bertrand held leadership roles at VMware, including Senior Manager for the VMware Authorized Consultant Partner program in EMEA. In this capacity, he worked closely with VMware partners to enhance their professional services capabilities. He empowered hundreds of resellers to maximize the impact of their architect teams, enabling them to deliver innovative virtualization solutions to enterprise customers. As a Solution Architect, he focused on driving business outcomes through technology enablement and customer success.
